We currently deliver all over Pakistan through reliable courier services.

2. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 working days after order confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

3. Delivery Time

  • Major Cities: 2–4 working days

  • Other Areas: 3–6 working days

Delivery times may vary due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather, strikes, or courier delays.

4. Shipping Charges

  • Standard Delivery Charges: Rs. ___ (you can adjust this)

  • Free Shipping may be offered on orders above Rs. ___ (optional)

5. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via SMS or email so you can track your parcel.

6. Cash on Delivery (COD)
We offer Cash on Delivery service all across Pakistan. Please make sure to pay the rider at the time of delivery.

7. Failed Delivery Attempts
If the courier is unable to deliver after multiple attempts, your order may be returned to us. In such cases, you may need to pay shipping charges again for re-delivery.

8. Damaged or Missing Items
If you receive a damaged parcel or missing item, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with proof (images/videos).
